ATEX climatic test chamber
Some samples give off flammable substances which when mixed with air create an explosive atmosphere. Special measures must be taken to prevent the risk of explosion and to conduct safe tests.
The WK-600/70 (I) - II 2 G EEx T3 climatic chamber (explosion-proof test volume) is 2 pieces of equipment in 1:
- with ATEX protection activated, the enclosure is classified in category 2, zone 1.
- with ATEX protection deactivated the enclosure functions as a standard climatic enclosure.
