100 kVA ATEX mobile diesel generator

CentrExpert, specialist in converting standard equipment into ATEX (for ATmosphere EXplosive), is able to convert any type of equipment, such as this generator.

Centrexpert therefore works in close collaboration with ENERIA on the transformation / conversion of generator sets in order to offer their customers the best services available on the market.

Apart from the Atex protection, the main engine safety device is a Chalwyn damper valve for securing thermal equipment. If flammable gas or vapor is sucked into the engine air intake, the kit will suffocate and shut down the engine.

Other elements also ensure the Atex safety of the ENERIA generator set such as the spark arrester, the flame arrester, the temperature probes (exhaust gas, coolant) with display, the explosion-proof box, etc.
