Air-conditioned pressurized box, operating principle:

This air-conditioned pressurized casing provides ATEX protection for generally electronic equipment. Its small footprint, less than 5 m3, makes it suitable for applications in confined spaces. Chemical and petroleum laboratories, data collection in risk areas, etc.

Heat dissipation:

The air-conditioned pressurized casing is suitable for equipment with high heat dissipation, the temperature class of which is not suitable for the conditions of use. The thermal transfer of the casing allows a temperature class to T3.

Pressurization and ventilation:

Several shielding gases are possible, neutral gases in cylinders, compressed air which has been de-oiled and dehumidified beforehand.

A safety process controlled by a PLC controls the start-up safety sequences, ventilation, as well as the maintenance of pressurization in normal operation.

The controller takes safety measures in the event of operating anomalies, it generates local and remote alarms.
