The PEA concept frees the operator from the constraints related to energy needs such as supplied by electrical networks or fixed air networks. This portable solution eliminates the need for any connection.

PEA allows you to benefit from the advantages of pneumatic tools, since it makes them autonomous in all situations, all environments and all weather conditions. Pneumatic tools are for the same application more powerful, lighter, more robust, more economical than other energized tools. SAM has the most extensive line of pneumatic tools on the market.

HOW THE PEA WORKS:

The bottle represents the energy reservoir that powers the pneumatic tools. This is at high pressure in order to embed as much air as possible and thus increase the autonomy of the PEA system without reducing its portability. The valve attached to the bottle allows the opening and closing of the reservoir containing compressed air. The valve, equipped with a pressure gauge, provides real-time information on the amount of air available to the user.

The pressure reducer placed directly after the valve allows a change from a high pressure to a pressure of 6.5 bar, required by all pneumatic tools.

A quick connector is positioned after the regulator to facilitate disconnection and hose change.

The special anti-whip hose is responsible for transmitting pneumatic energy with maximum safety by limiting pressure drops.

This portable pneumatic unit is now available in an ATEX version, for zones 1, 2, 21 and 22
